DA-610 Wireless Drive-Alert Sensor/Transmitter:
for use with models DA-600, DA-603, DA-604, and DA-605

Unlimited sensors and transmitters may be used with the new wireless series of Drive-Alerts to monitor several areas. The sensor is encased in a durable outdoor metal enclosure. They monitor a 14 foot radius (28’ diameter). These sensors run on two standard AA batteries which will last more than a year under normal usage. These vehicle alert sensors may be placed up to 1000 feet from the Control Panel, and up to 2500 feet when used with the DA-660. The sensors are tamper resistant due to the fact that if anyone touches or moves one, the alert will be triggered.

NOTE: The new wireless systems can be completely battery operated allowing them to be entirely mobile.

DA-611 Wireless Drive-Alert Sensor/Transmitter:
for use with models DA-600, DA-603, DA-604, and DA-605

The DA-611 may be used in place of, or in addition to, the DA-610 sensors. The DA-611 has all of the features of the DA-610, plus a 50’ cable extension which allows you to bury the sensor in the area you wish to monitor while hiding the transmitter up to 50’ away.

NOTE: the new wireless systems can be completely battery operated allowing them to be entirely mobile.

DA-ROCK1 Fake Rock to Hide Wireless Sensors:
for use with DA-610 or DA-611 Sensor/Transmitters

These fake landscaping rocks allow customers to easily hide their wireless Drive-Alert driveway probe and driveway sensor and transmitter boxes.

DA-660 Wireless Drive-Alert Booster Antenna:
for use with models DA-600, DA-603, DA-604, and DA-605

The DA-660 antenna boosts the wireless Drive-Alert range up to 2500’ and in many cases up to 3000’! This is a factory installed item and must be ordered at the time a wireless system is ordered.

DA-051 Solid-State 12” Sensor with Direct Burial Cable:
for use with models DA-500, DA-503, and DA-504

Extra sensors may be used when knowledge of vehicle movement in more than one area is desired. The PVC-encased sensor comes with 100 feet of direct burial cable attached. Sensors with additional lengths of cable are available. They monitor a 10 foot radius (20’ diameter). The sensor may be placed up to 5,000 feet from the Electronic Master Control. As many as three sensors may be added without loss of sensitivity.

NOTE: When ordering a DA-051 please specify the amount of cable needed. Example: If 350 feet of cable is needed you would order a DA-051-350.

DA-054 3M Cable Splice Kit:
for use with models DA-500, DA-503, and DA-504

Mier tested and approved, this splice kit provides waterproof connection for splicing the direct burial cable. Mier recommends ALWAYS using this kit when it is necessary to splice. Longer cable lengths are also available.

DA-655 Chime with Volume Control:
for use with models DA-500 and DA-600
Recommended for ALL DRIVE-UP WINDOW APPLICATIONS

For those cases where a more pleasant tone is desired, instead of the whistle within the control panel of the DA-500 or DA-600, the DA-655 vehicle alert provides a pleasant tone. This unit can be hardwired to the control panel of the DA-500 or DA-600, and emits a chime when a vehicle is detected. There is also a volume control, and this unit can be turned up to a high level. The DA-655 works down to 9VDC and up to 30VDC.

NOTE: We recommend the DA-503 or DA-605 systems for residential applications where a pleasant chime and/or remote chimes are desired.

DA-052 Remote Whistle & DA-052WV Remote Whistle with Volume Control:
for use with models DA-500 and DA-600

The same electronic whistle as the one contained inside the DA-500 and DA-600 control box, but mounted on a chrome plate for installation in additional areas such as a den, kitchen, or bedroom. As many as 10 remote whistles may be installed.

DA-066 Remote Chime Transmitter:
standard on model DA-605,
can be adapted to DA-500 or DA-600

When a vehicle is detected the DA-605 receives a signal and triggers the DA-066 to send a signal to activate DA-068 Plug-in Remote Chimes and/or DA-070 Battery-powered Portable Chimes. The DA-066 can also be used as a “test” or “call” button to manually trigger these chimes.

NOTE: The DA-066 can be used as an add-on to the DA-500 or DA-600 Drive-Alerts. Sometimes a customer who has one of these systems later decides he/she would rather have remote plug-in and/or battery-powered chimes as alerts instead of the piezo whistle that comes standard in the DA-500 and DA-600.

DA-068 Remote Chime with Volume Control:
for use with model DA-605

When the DA-605 Drive-Alert detects a vehicle, a signal is sent to activate DA-068 Plug-in and/or DA-070 Battery-powered chimes. Any number and combination of these two types of chimes can be used together with a DA-605 system. These chimes can be located up to 100 feet away from the control panel. These chimes also feature volume control and a choice of three tones.

NOTE: As an accessory, the DA-068 (in conjunction with the DA-066) can be used as an add-on to the DA-500 or DA-600 Drive-Alert models. See notes under DA-066 for details.

DA-070 Portable Remote Chime With Volume Control:
for use with model DA-605

When the DA-605 Drive-Alert detects a vehicle, a signal is sent to activate DA-070 Battery-powered and/or DA-068 Plug-in chimes. Any number and combination of these two types of chimes can be used together with a DA-605 system. These chimes can be located up to 100 feet away from the control panel. These chimes also feature volume control and a choice of three tones.

NOTE: As an accessory, the DA-070 (in conjunction with the DA-066) can be used as an add-on to the DA-500 or DA-600 Drive-Alert models. See notes under DA-066 for details.

DA-057 X-10 Transmitter:
Standard with models DA-503, DA-504, DA-603 and DA-604. Can be added to models DA-500 and DA-600.

Connects to two Drive-Alert control panel terminals and plugs into the same 120-VAC receptacle as the Drive-Alert. It then transmits over the house’s wiring to Lamp Modules and Remote Chimes. Only one is needed.

DA-058 X-10 Remote Chime:
for use with models DA-503, DA-504, DA-603 and DA-604

The chime makes a pleasant doorbell sound when activated. These chimes may be plugged into any 120-volt receptacle, allowing for use at several remote locations. Any number may be used.

DA-059 X-10 Wall Switch to Activate Lights:
for use with models DA-503, DA-504, DA-603 and DA-604

The DA-059 replaces any normal household wall switch, and when it receives a signal will turn on the lights controlled by that switch. Usually installed at a location controlling front door or garage door lights. Can also be used to turn lights on and off as any switch does.

DA-060 X-10 Lamp Module to Activate Lights:
for use with models DA-503, DA-504, DA-603 and DA-604

The Lamp Module plugs into any household 120 VAC receptacle, and then a lamp is plugged into it. Whenever a signal is received from the Transmitter that a vehicle has entered the driveway, the lamp will come on.

DA-505 Timer Control:
for use with all models

When used in conjunction with the Drive-Alert, it will turn on 10 amps of lights, sirens or bells. The unit simply plugs into a 120 VAC outlet and contains its own receptacle to provide power to lights or alarms. The alarm or lights can be adjusted to operate from 1 to 45 minutes. The DA-505W is also available and provides a set of timed 10 amp dry contacts. Both may be used with all models, please call our technical support team for information.

DA-067 Antenna Stabilizer:
for use with the DA-610 Sensor/Transmitter Antenna

The DA-067 Antenna Stabilizer slips over the top of the antenna on the DA-610 Drive-Alert Sensor/Transmitter to eliminate the rare cases of high-wind or animals moving the antenna and causing false alarms.
